Terms & Conditions

The rules and guidelines for using our Service.

Last updated: February 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Robin Router ("the Service"), operated by Ditra Point ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Robin Router is a multi-tenant software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides automated round-robin lead assignment for teams. The Service includes a web dashboard, webhook integrations, and related tools for managing workflows, team members, and lead distribution.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address and verify your email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Not share, transfer, or sell your account to any other person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Organizations & Multi-Tenancy

The Service supports multiple organizations. Organization owners and admins are responsible for managing their team members, roles, and permissions. By inviting users to your organization, you confirm that you have authorization to do so. We are not responsible for actions taken by users you have invited to your organization.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation
  • Transmit any data that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited communications, or for any form of abuse
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means designed to circumvent restrictions
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent

6. Webhook Usage

The Service provides webhook integrations for programmatic access. Webhook tokens are confidential credentials - you are responsible for keeping them secure. We reserve the right to revoke tokens or restrict access if we detect misuse, excessive load, or violations of these Terms. Usage is subject to rate limits and your subscription plan's allocation.

7. Subscription Plans & Billing

7.1 Plans & Payments

The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.

7.2 Usage Limits

Each plan has defined limits on the number of assignments, workflows, and team members. When you reach your plan's limits, additional requests may be rejected until your usage period resets or you upgrade your plan.

7.3 Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - you will retain access until then. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. We are not obligated to provide refunds for partial billing periods or unused features.

7.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect on your account. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service, including lead data, workflow configurations, and organization information. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, documentation, logos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Ditra Point and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

You retain all rights to the content and data you upload to the Service. We claim no ownership over your data.

10. Service Availability & Modifications

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance, deploy updates, or make changes to the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes or planned downtime.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

11. Assignment Accuracy & Reliability

11.1 Round-Robin Distribution

The Service is designed to distribute leads among your team members in a fair, round-robin sequence based on your workflow configuration. We make commercially reasonable efforts to ensure assignments follow the expected rotation order.

11.2 No Guarantee of Perfect Sequencing

Due to the nature of distributed systems, assignment order may occasionally deviate from the expected sequence. Factors outside of our control — including but not limited to network instability, concurrent API requests arriving simultaneously, third-party infrastructure outages, database connectivity interruptions, and upstream platform failures — may result in skipped turns, duplicate assignments, or out-of-order distribution.

11.3 Limitation

We are not liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or business impact resulting from assignment irregularities caused by the factors described above. Assignment results are provided on an "as-is" basis, and you acknowledge that no automated distribution system can guarantee perfectly sequential delivery under all conditions.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DITRA POINT AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ditra Point and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings in the dashboard.

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

18. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
