Ditra Point ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Robin Router platform, a round-robin lead assignment service available at robinrouter.com and its associated subdomains (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form). If you are invited to an organization, we collect the information provided during the invitation and account setup process.

2.2 Organization & Workflow Data

We store organization details, workflow configurations, team member information, robin group settings, and assignment history that you create and manage through the Service.

2.3 Lead Data

When leads are submitted to your workflows via our webhooks, we process and temporarily store the lead data you send us (such as names, emails, phone numbers, or any custom fields you configure). This data is processed solely to perform the round-robin assignment and is stored in your assignment history.

2.4 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number or bank account details on our servers. Stripe may collect and process your payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

We automatically collect certain information when you access the Service, including IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps. We use this data to maintain security, monitor performance, and improve the Service.

2.6 Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage to maintain your authentication session and preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who assist us in operating the Service, such as database hosting, payment processing, and email delivery. These providers only access your data as needed to perform their services and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

We may also disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, safety, or property of Ditra Point, our users, or the public.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Assignment history and lead data are retained in accordance with your subscription plan. When you delete your account or request data deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
